Miracles left and right

Well as always in the Lords work,  it is a roller coaster! I will start with the sadder stuff and end on a HAPPY note!
Well I guess there aint no reason to beat around the bush. M** isn't ready to get baptized this weekend :( He just simply isn't ready yet.  We talked to our bishop our ward mission leader and our mission president and there are just too many red flags that he isn't ready yet. It is one of those hard decisions that have to be made sometimes by the people that have the keys to do so. It makes us all sad but in the end it will be for his eternal profit.
Well on to the next item of discussion. Deanna is chugging along! She had a cyst that she had been waiting to pop and it finally did so she went in to the ER for the pain and they gave her some meds and did a CT scan to check up on the area... She has a really bad hernia that was being hidden from view by the cyst. So it is a big miracle that they found it before it got worse and she is at the Doctors right now talking to him and setting up a time with the surgeon to get it taken care of! In the mean time it is hard for her to sit for long periods of time so she cannot come to church :( we are praying for her a ton.
Next item J** F. and K** K. They are regulars at church and he can feel the difference in his week when he misses church and when he goes. They missed last week and Sunday couldn't come fast enough for them to come this week. PS K** is doing really good had a swollen lip and the cops blew it WAY out of proportion by sending her to the hospital! On another good note we got her invited to the Relief Society game night that goes on once a week and she CAME!! Someone had to pick her up but she came! and she is now PROGRESSING!!!! Maybe they can get baptized before the new year if we get her chugging along and asking J** to marry her ;)
Next item, ;) A* C** is the coolest dude in town-- there is no denying that at all! He came to church AGAIN!!!! He is the coolest old guy that I have ever met.  Let me explain him to you.  He has diabetes and has lost a leg to it :( but he does not let it slow him down in the least! He has an accent that is SOO thick that when he doesn't think about it we cannot understand him. He has gold caps on his teeth in the front and has stars imprinted on them... He has a back door neighbor who he has a feud with, we hear about it all the time from them both... He has a major surgery coming up that we know ALL about... He wasn't progressing at all then he started to read the Book of Mormon and now he has taught himself everything...! He said at Gospel Principles yesterday that it is the "best book in his house! and it should be on every persons to read list." We were talking about service when he brought this up! and the teacher incorporated it into the lesson and Al did too!
We decided to "help" the other elders this morning we cleaned their front room while we did laundry at their apartment... it is free there. We also did all their dishes that had piled up. it was fun.
In the end the week has been GREAT and we have seen miracles left and right.
Hope all is well back home,
Elder Daniel Keeley
